User Generated Content (UGC) Creator
UGC Creators produce authentic, engaging photo and video content featuring L Naturale products. This includes routines, tutorials, and lifestyle content that shows real-life use and results. Content will be used for social media and marketing campaigns. Creators are paid per approved piece of content.
Event & Brand Experience Associate
This role represents L Naturale at pop-up shops, markets, and events. You will set up and decorate displays, welcome and educate customers about products and our mission, and assist with sales. This role also includes handling cash and card transactions and managing inventory during events. Strong communication and customer service skills are important.
Production & Product Creation Assistant
This hands-on role supports the creation of our all-natural products from start to finish. You will assist with mixing, preparing, packaging, and labeling items such as body butters, soaps, salves, and lip balms. You will also help maintain a clean and organized workspace and assist with inventory and order preparation. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in quality craftsmanship. Must be located in New Jersey.
Social Media & Community Manager
You will manage L Naturale’s daily social media presence by planning content, posting consistently, and engaging with our audience. Responsibilities include responding to comments and messages, maintaining a content schedule, and helping grow a positive, connected community around our brand and mission.
Brand & Digital Content Designer
This role focuses on bringing the L Naturale brand to life visually. You will design social media graphics, assist with video content, and help plan fresh and innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and product launches. You will work closely with the team to ensure all visuals reflect our natural, clean, and elegant brand style.
Advertising & Promotions Partner (Commission-Based)
This role focuses on expanding brand awareness and bringing in new customers through promotional efforts. You will share products, post ads or links externally, and help promote L Naturale across various platforms. Compensation is commission-based and tied to the customers and sales you generate.
